Yes, I know it has been a while since I have updated everyone (sorry Justin). Anyway I am excited to tell you I am making progress. A couple days ago I ran 1 & 1/4 miles straight. This was unbelievable, considering I have been inconsistent. It gets even better. Today I made it 2 miles without stopping. Needless to say, I am getting close.
On a side note, a couple of you have placed a bet against me. Aubrey (my wife) & Josh (my friend) have both said that if I complete the 5k in 45 minutes they will run the next one with me. So to both of you I say "GET YOUR RUNNING SHOES READY!" Today I went 3 miles in 48 minutes. I am only 3 minutes away!
